Another gem of a White Pine bought from Dan Barton. Again on its own roots and with a natural shari down the main trunk.
It was styled at a workshop at the 'Bonsai at Broadlands' show with Colin Lewis.
I will re-pot next spring probably into one of Dan's pots.
In 5 years time this tree will be a cracker!!

March 2000

Repotted early March to get it out of that horrible muck that they import them in.
I put it back into the same pot because it has the depth to let the tree develop over the next few years.
I still can't decide on a front yet, it looks very good from several angles.
