The Hampshire Flower and Garden Show is the venue for Bonsai at Broadlands. Held at Broadlands Estate, Romsey in Hampshire, it is the venue for the annual show and club competition of Eastleigh Bonsai Society.
As well as the club competition, an open class is included to involve all the other clubs who support the event.
Workshops and demonstrations are also included at the show and such leading lights as Craig coussins and Malcolm Hughes have given their expert advice in the past. In 1999 Colin Lewis was in the hot seat.
The event usually takes place on the first weekend in August and in 1998 included the Southern round of the European Bonsai Association New Talent Competition.
